Mall units and high-street stores. We coordinate with the landlord and handle DM/Trakhees approvals in-house.
Villa renovation
Partial or full. Live-in renovations where the family stays put. We phase the works to keep the home usable.
Maintenance
Annual contracts and one-off jobs across MEP, civil, joinery and finishes. One number to call when something breaks.

Tata Communications (Middle East)
Full design and build across two adjoining units on Floor 42. 406 sqm taken from open shell to a fully operational regional office: acoustic partitions to STC42, HVAC with VAV zoning, 115-point IT infrastructure, complete furniture package, and all permits handled in-house. DDA fit-out permit and DCD fire safety approval obtained. Delivered on a 12-week programme.
